Puerta also includes a Citizen Participation module designed for municipalities, which lets them design,
run, manage and evaluate digital participatory processes — citizen proposals, consultations, surveys and
diagnostics, municipal initiatives, participatory budgeting and territorial mapping — with authentication
through Clave Única (Chile's national digital ID), a customizable public site, a full administration
panel, AI-powered qualitative and quantitative analysis and compliance with current Chilean regulations
(Laws 21.180, 21.663, 21.719 and 19.628). All delivered as SaaS, so Citizen Participation teams can
launch processes within hours and manage them throughout their entire life cycle.
